The practice of mindfulness offers individuals a way to navigate the challenges of modern life with greater ease and clarity. The workshop focuses on Mindfulness and the Kundalini style of meditation . Dr. Sherry Ghorbankhani with lead participants through meditation in the second half of the workshop.
