Through our Catalyst Adult workshops, individuals, employees, families and groups can benefit to grow both personally and professionally through skill development. We create opportunities for individuals to develop new skills or enhance existing ones.
This includes personal development skills such as communication, assertiveness, time management, teamwork, leadership or cross-cultural connections.
