Our Children Group Programs are exploration in the following areas

Creative Empowerment Art
Our Art educators combine creative expression with personal growth to help kids build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self. Through activities like painting, storytelling, movement, and group projects, children explore their emotions, values, in a fun, safe and supportive space. The focus of these programs are promoting self-confidence and independence. Teaching problem-solving and decision-making through creative choices. Fostering a sense of community, empathy, and respect and helping children find their voice. These programs often blend art with fun guided discussions, affirmations making them a powerful tool for personal development from a young age.
Critical Thinking / Problem Solving
Our critical thinking program is designed to teach children how to think and reason logically, analyze, evaluate arguments, and make sound decisions based on evidence and reasoned judgment. Learners will develop the skills they need to become better thinkers, problem-solvers, and decision-makers and succeed in their academic and professional careers. Participants will learn skills and strategies to solve problems effectively. They cover a wide range of topics and skills related to critical thinking, decision-making, logical reasoning, creativity, and analysis.
Debate & Assertiveness
Our debate classes aim to improve learners’ critical thinking and communication skills while boosting their confidence and encouraging teamwork. They will learn how to research and form their own opinions on various topics and how to effectively present and defend their viewpoints in a debate setting. They also learn how to listen and respond to opposing conversations, use evidence and persuasive techniques to support their claims, and communicate assertively in a positive manner.
Executive Functioning
Our Executive function classes are designed to help improve the skills related to planning, organizing, and completing tasks. They will learn strategies to manage their time better, prioritize their work, set goals, self-monitor, and self-regulate. These classes also strengthen working memory, attention, and cognitive flexibility.
As a result, they can be more efficient and effective learners by enhancing their ability to focus, switch between tasks and work towards their long-term goals. These classes are conducted by our trained professionals and may include individual or group sessions depending on the learners’ interests and needs.
Public Speaking & Presentation
Our Public Speaking and Presentation classes equip children with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to effectively communicate in front of an audience. The classes typically cover topics such as speech writing skills, vocal and body language. These skills are particularly important for learners as they navigate different academic and personal situations where they need to present and articulate their ideas effectively. The classes also provide opportunities to practice skills through classroom presentations, discussions, group exercises, and coaching. Overall, the goal of these classes is to help learners develop strong communication skills that will serve them well throughout their lives.
Social Emotional Classes
This program helps children build confidence, self-awareness and compassion. We introduce strategies to enhance overall emotional well-being by using simple tools and doing fun activities. Come dressed to move and participate in art activities. Each participant will receive a mini kit with affirmation cards and other tools to use at home.
Time Management
Our time management program is designed to help learners manage their time effectively so they can balance their academic, personal, and professional commitments and become more efficient and productive while reducing stress and improving their overall well-being.
Our program teaches skills related to goal setting, prioritization, planning, and delegation.
The program also includes practical exercises and techniques to help apply the concepts to ones own lives.
