How Balanced Do I Feel Today?

With Victoria Mondria, MA, RCC

Cost: Complimentary for North Shore Residents
Description

Life can sometimes feel busy, demanding and out of balance. This workshop invites you to pause and reconnect with yourself. Through a blend of self-awareness practices, guided meditation and practical reflection exercises, you’ll gain valuable insights into different areas of your life and explore what balance means for you personally.

Using Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and the 10 Pillars of a Healthy Lifestyle as guiding frameworks, you’ll assess your current level of wellbeing and discover where you may benefit from greater attention, care or support.

Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, improve self-awareness or simply take a meaningful moment for yourself, this workshop offers a supportive space to reflect and move forward with greater clarity.

What will be covered:
• Understand the foundations of self-awareness and personal balance
• Explore Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and how it influences wellbeing
• Experience a guided meditation to connect with your body and the present moment
• Complete a practical self-assessment to identify areas needing attention
• Reflect on key insights and take away practical actions to support your wellbeing
