As a Canadian Certified Counsellor, Judit brings both professional expertise and a compassionate presence to her work. She is deeply committed to supporting individuals through life’s challenges, with a particular focus on athletes, parents navigating the complexities of raising children and medical trauma and cancer survivors.
As a competitive athlete herself, Judit has a unique understanding of the emotional and mental demands of performance. Her lived experience inspires her passion for helping youth and adults prepare for competitions, build resilience, and navigate their own journeys with healthy coping skills. She is dedicated to fostering emotional well-being in ways that strengthen both performance and personal growth.
Judit brings a strong foundation in parenting skills, helping caregivers cultivate healthier family dynamics and stronger connections with their children. Additionally, she also has extensive experience working with cancer survivors, supporting them as they process the profound impact of diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.
Her therapeutic approach is person-centred, with a focus on both intrapersonal and interpersonal dynamics. Judit believes that every individual carries the inner strength and resources needed to face challenges, and that therapy can serve as a powerful tool to unlock that potential. She tailors each client’s therapeutic journey to their unique needs, meeting them exactly where they are.

Personal Interests
Judit enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children—whether hiking, travelling, or simply being together. On her own, she’s an avid pilot of small aircrafts and a passionate skier. Fencing has been a lifelong pursuit; she continues to train and compete at a high level and serves on the Board of Fencing Canada. Most recently, she’s taken up golf under the guidance of her oldest son—his project, her learning curve!
