The opportunity to live, work, and study abroad and in Canada has helped her promote helping many people with different experiences from different cultures and creating a safe space where they can feel free and comfortable to ‘let it all out. Forooz’s empathetic and client-centred approach creates a supportive space for her clients to navigate challenges, cultivate resilience, and tap into their innate strengths. She welcomes a collaborative approach and offers verbal and art therapy to adults, youth, and children; she employs a confidential and highly ethical frame to her work.

Having been an artist her entire life, Forooz incorporates art therapy into her sessions and harnesses the transformative power of creative expression to help clients explore their inner thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe and non-verbal manner. Forooz is an artist whose world is a canvas of creativity. Painting and drawing breathe life into her imagination, while dance and movement yoga infuse rhythm and fluidity into her days. Her Tanboor (Iranian musical instrument) is a companion of her spirit every day. Family and friends are the heartbeats of her life, shared over home-cooked meals and nature’s embrace. In quieter moments, Forooz finds peace in the pages of books accompanied by listening to music. Her life is a vibrant composition, blending art, movement, connection, and the simple joys of life.
