Forooz is an artist whose world is a canvas of creativity. Painting and drawing breathe life into her imagination, while dance and movement yoga infuse rhythm and fluidity into her days. Her Tanboor (Iranian musical instrument) is a companion of her spirit every day. Family and friends are the heartbeats of her life, shared over home-cooked meals and nature’s embrace. In quieter moments, Forooz finds peace in the pages of books accompanied by listening to music. Her life is a vibrant composition, blending art, movement, connection, and the simple joys of life.
