Helping Children Develop Mindfulness & Emotional Regulation

Our mindfulness child therapy incorporates mindfulness and meditation practices to help children develop present-moment awareness and emotional regulation. Our therapists teach mindfulness techniques such as breathing exercises and guided meditation to promote focus, relaxation, and emotional well-being individually and in group settings.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled therapy appointment.
