Learning Assertiveness in Everyday Life
Our assertiveness workshops help individuals become more confident, assertive, and empowered in their personal and professional relationships, leading to improved communication, healthier boundaries, and greater self-respect.Our workshops are designed to help individuals learn the skills and techniques needed to express their thoughts, feelings, and opinions in a clear and confident manner while respecting other people’s rights and boundaries. Our psychotherapists teach skills that enable individuals to be assertive in different social situations, including conflict resolution, negotiation, and emotion management.We teach participants how to identify the signs of passive or aggressive communication, build self-esteem, practice mindfulness, and manage stress and anxiety.
In-person & Online Counselling for Adults
