How to Write Powerful Presentations and Public Speeches (Part 1)

Give your child the tools to communicate with confidence in school and beyond! This workshop is designed to help young learners develop essential skills in speechwriting, presentation and public speaking.
By mastering these skills, your child will gain the self-assurance needed to excel in academics, social settings, and future leadership roles. This workshop is for ages 10-13.

Fearless Fun: Anxiety Tips & Tricks for Kids

This weekly workshop is designed to help kids explore their feelings in a safe and playful setting! This unique program guides children in understanding anxiety and recognizing common signs and symptoms, showing them they’re not alone in feeling this way. Through games, creative activities, and group discussions, kids will gain confidence, boost their self-esteem, and practice effective strategies to manage anxious thoughts.
Each session empowers children with tools they can use every day to feel braver, stronger, and more in control. Fearless Fun is the perfect space for kids to build resilience and self-confidence—while having a great time!

Empowering Expressive Art Group

Register your youth in this fun and interactive two-hour empowering expressive art group, a powerful youth learning tool that helps them navigate different stages of their development with greater resilience and emotional intelligence، increasing their self-confidence while working in team groups. The benefits of art therapy are not just immediate but can have a lasting impact on increasing their emotional well-being, and flexibility in mindset.
By providing a safe space for self-expression and emotional exploration, art therapy supports their journey toward having more balanced emotional well-being, which all youth can benefit from, equipping them with valuable coping mechanisms to carry into their adulthood.

Catalyze Your Public Speaking Skills

Catalyze Your Public Speaking Skills is an empowering workshop designed to help youth master the art of public speaking and boost their confidence. Through interactive exercises and supportive coaching, participants will learn how to express themselves clearly, captivate an audience, and overcome the fear of speaking in front of others.
By building these essential communication skills, youth will not only excel in school presentations and group projects but also feel more confident in social interactions with friends and peers. Whether it’s speaking up in class, leading a team, or simply expressing their ideas, this workshop will equip them with the tools to succeed in all areas of life.

Essential Life Skills: Executive Functioning

Our Executive Function Group Class is designed to equip youth with these essential tools through 8 engaging sessions. In this class, your child will learn to set meaningful goals, boost their self-awareness, and develop effective organization strategies. They’ll also acquire valuable time management skills and master problem-solving techniques, all within a positive, supportive environment.

Marine Biology Summer Camp
Delve into the wonders of marine life from the sandy shores to the depths of the sea with our engaging program. Over five enriching days, students will explore the diverse ecosystems of the beach and beyond, gaining insight into the interconnectedness of life in the marine. Our journey will unveil the beauty and complexity of marine biology. Join us as we embark on an educational adventure to discover, learn, and protect the rich biodiversity of our coastal environments.

Catalyze Your Mind 101
This is an introductory class for future scholars involving fun and interactive group activities. It will introduce them to different aspects of critical thinking- in every day discourse, in a school setting- between friends, and in teamwork which will empower them in their future academics and career throughout their life. We will learn about the different styles of communication and the purpose of each. We will then examine internal biases and develop our self-awareness. This is a foundational course for Level 2 in the Fall term.
Cost: $299.50 + GST
