Compassionate Guidance Through Change
Therapy for Separation & Divorce
Individuals who are going through a separation or divorce may experience a range of emotions such as anger, sadness, grief, guilt or even relief. Our counsellors will listen, empathize, and provide a non-judgmental and supportive environment for the individual to talk about their feelings and to help them navigate through the difficult process they are going through. Whether their goal is going back and working on their relationship with their partners or separating from them, we are here to offer them clinical support. We also help individuals develop coping strategies to manage stress and anxiety and facilitate communication between both parties.Lastly, our psychotherapists can assist individuals in transitioning to a new chapter of their life, whether it be a time of adjustment for the individual or a chance to explore new opportunities and personal growth.
